Sarva, a young and aspiring officer in Akkadia’s elite Qurubuti Guard, plots the assassination of Iltani, a Babylonian goddess who murdered her Patesi mother, who was the lawful ruler of Akkadia. In the wake of that failed coup, Sarva flees her homeland with her trusted sirkatu guards across the Great Sea, a half-step ahead of ominous forces ordered to track and kill her.

Akkadia is one of the larger continents of Chaldea. It is an island-continent, like Perrin or Ata-Aimilleuse, and can only be reached from other lands by navigating the Great Sea. Akkadia is also the name of the empire that rules this continent and the people who are citizens of this empire are known as Akkadians. The Akkadian empire is composed of several kingdoms, the most prominent of which is Babil, which dominates the central, wealthiest region of Akkadia. The dominant ethnic group of Akkadia is the Anum people.
Augstat is the capital of the Kingdom of Hesse and is the largest and most important port city in Niessia. Enchantments Guard is the imperial seat of power adding to it's prominence.
Drasildar are monstrous bipedal humanoids that tower twenty feet and more.

A Lamassu is a greater servitor of Anum goddess, Ishtar.
For a thousand years, no single person was powerful enough to bring all of Chaldea under one rule—that is, until the coming of God-Emperor Marcosta Kordaava, Demigod of Set. Kordaava ruled Chaldea for forty years until he was mysteriously assassinated.
Reiswitz Georg von Gustavus commands the 10th Legion of the Imperial Army.
Rubati is a young Akkadian warrior in the Qurubuti Guard; an "understudy" to Pa-pa Sarva.
