The Kordavan Empire has a three-tiered power structure. At the top, of course, is Emperor Kordaava. At the bottom is the Imperial Senate, which is comprised of several hundred senators from across Chaldea. Between the emperor and the Imperial Senate is the Council of Consuls.
Akkadia is one of the larger continents of Chaldea. It is an island-continent, like Perrin or Ata-Aimilleuse, and can only be reached from other lands by navigating the Great Sea. Akkadia is also the name of the empire that rules this continent and the people who are citizens of this empire are known as Akkadians. The Akkadian empire is composed of several kingdoms, the most prominent of which is Babil, which dominates the central, wealthiest region of Akkadia. The dominant ethnic group of Akkadia is the Anum people.
The Kingdom of Marn is a vast, chaotic forest-jungle in Somarria. This quixotic land is rich with diverse otherworldly creatures, insects the size of small elephants, groves of thousand-foot-tall deciduous trees, and dark chasms that plunge to the continent’s core. Marn is devoid of civilization—it has no known cities or towns, not even frontier villages making it one of the great mysteries of Chaldea.
Saratof is a city of two capitals. Most important and most recently, it has become the Imperial Capital of the Kordavan Empire and the World of Chaldea, but for centuries longer, Saratof has been the capital of the kingdom of Roosh. It is arguably the most important city in Chaldea, not just for its political significance but also for its size, economy, military, culture, architecture, trade, and diversity.
Tavja is a rugged mountainous Nordic kingdom in northern Niessia populated predominantly by fierce Norse peoples. Famously known for their winged lions and the warriors who ride them.
