Ramvik is a Tribunus in the 10th Legion of the Imperial Army.
Born on Tavja’s violent eastern escarpment, Ramvik was raised on the border of Griotunagardar where humans and giants often clashed. His father, Axilen, Jarl of the Juris Clan, is a famous winged-lion rider who dared to hunt Leirjotnar giants until Kordaava made it illegal—and even then, that didn't deter him.
Wishing his son to have the skills and connections to flourish in the modern world, Axilen maneuvered to get Ramvik accepted into the Imperial Army’s most elite officers’ school, the Contubernium in Latium. After he graduated—barely—Ramvik was sent to Hesse, piling one culture shock atop another.
In Hesse, Ramvik the son of a Jarl was granted the rank of Tribunus in the 10th Legion, where he joined a staff of older, more experienced officers in command of well-seasoned men. He spends each day trying to live up to the expectations of his father, his commanders, and his men.
