World Serpent appears in the heavens as a titanic dragon serpent wrapped around The World Tree. Trying to crush it to death?
World Serpent reminds us that all things must end, not just our lives or the lives of immortals, but even the universe itself.
World Serpent is often found in the company of Fate, for reasons of which we can only speculate. Giant Giant is determined to kill World Serpent someday, and their fights are legendary. Note that World Serpent is almost always visible in the sky, haunting the city of Port Facility, making that the easiest place in Chaldea to navigate to.
World Serpent will aid companions who carry its fate card in any action that involves destruction of something tangible, like a person, a mountain, or even a personal possession. World Serpent is particularly inclined to support such actions during World Serpent Week, or anytime for those born in this week.
When World Serpent is Called
If World Serpent answers a calling---when its card is drawn from a fate deck during the ritual for summoning aid from anumians---the seeker and the seer will experience minor supernatural manifestations of World Serpent, like a maniacal urge for consumption, a sudden fear of death, or the sound of a whispering hiss.
World Serpent will often send seekers on a mission of death and destruction.
