Fate

Fate appears in the heavens as a Somacian weaver pulling the Infinity Thread.

Fate reminds us that the future is preordained and invites us to play our part. Fate admonishes, there is no such thing as free will, we are all engaged in a great cosmic dance.

Fate is connected to all anumians of the Chaldea Court. It is said that Fate will oppose any anumian who acts out of character, although there is no evidence that such a thing has ever happened. Mentalist avoids Fate, for she has foretold the doom of his kind.

Fate does not aid mortal companions who carry her card, at least not in any way her companions can are aware of. Such direct intervention is beneath her.

When Fate is Called

If Fate answers a calling---when her card is drawn from the deck during the ritual for summoning aid from anumians---a flurry of other cards fly out of the seer’s deck as well, calling the attention of all the anumians represented on these cards. The seer and the seeker are flooded with supernatural manifestations from these anumians and receives quests from each of them!

The Fate card becomes fully manifested for the seeker if and when the seeker completes each of the quests from the other cards.
