Hate appears in the heavens as a ferocious orc warrior, holding three vanquished foes over his head impaled on a lance. The orc nations of Chaldea refer to the Anumian Hate as "Unguu, lord of darkness".
Hate reminds us that enmity is natural, for it springs from the pain and suffering of life. Hate admonishes us to act on our ill will, lest it fester and destroy us.
Even though Hate is sometimes the villain in Fairy Goodmother’s stories, and even though Love and Forbidden Love are “at war” with Hate, Hate doesn’t particularly hate them any more than he hates the other anumians. Hate is sometimes found in the company of Mutant as it can get tiring to be hateful all by himself.
Hate will aid mortal companions who carry its fate card in any action where the very act is linked to the emotion of hate. Hate is particularly inclined to support these actions during Hate Week, or anytime for those born in this week.
When Hate is Called
If Hate answers a calling---when his card is drawn from a fate deck during the ritual for summoning aid from anumians---the seeker and the seer will experience minor supernatural manifestations of Hate, like a vivid memory of something that invoked their ire, a red mist that momentarily occludes their vision. or a bitter taste in their mouth.
Hate will typically ask seekers to act on something or someone they hate, or do something that will cause the seeker to become hated.
