Thief appears in the heavens as a lithe halfling gal breaking into the Vault of An. As befits her nature, she is often hard to spot, except during Thief Week, when she struts boldly across the heavens.
Thief invites us to take what we want from others—if they cared about their treasures they would guard them more carefully!
Thief is friends with Fat Merchant, who she never steals from as she needs a reliable place to fence her goods.
Thief will aid mortal companions who carry her fate card in any action that involves stealing by stealth and skill---she’s not particularly fond of highway robbery or banditry. Thief is particularly inclined to support these sorts of actions during Thief Week, or anytime for those born in this week.
When Thief is Called
If Thief answers a calling---when her card is drawn from a fate deck during the ritual for summoning aid from anumians---the seeker and the seer will experience minor supernatural manifestations of Thief, like an illusion of being cast into darkness, a feeling of paranoia, or a lust for a shiny jewel.
Thief will typically ask seekers to steal something using skill and deception.
