Grave Robber

Grave Robber appears in the heavens as a Ma’at woman, standing over a sarcophagus that opens up into another universe.

Grave Robber invites us to explore the world for treasures and take what we can. Grave Robber reminds us that when people die, they leave valuables behind, and those valuables can be of great use to the living.

Grave Robber is shunned by Artisan for taking instead of creating, enjoys listening to stories told by Fairy Goodmother, regularly buys and sells goods with Fat Merchant, who cares not whether gains were ill-gotten, visits Librarian for knowledge, and often shares the road with Vagabond or Prodigal, for all three love to travel.

Grave Robber will aid mortal companions who carry her fate card in any action that involves a treasure-seeking expedition. Grave Robber is particularly inclined to support these sorts of actions during Grave Robber Week, or anytime for those born in this week.

When Grave Robber is Called

If Grave Robber answers a calling---when Grave Robber is drawn from a fate deck during the ritual for summoning aid from anumians---the seeker and the seer will experience minor supernatural manifestations of Grave Robber, like the creak of a door opening, the stale smell of ancient grave dust, or a sudden darkness.

Grave Robber will typically ask seekers to rob a grave, or otherwise seek riches through exploration and thievery.
