The Babylonian island kingdom of Akkadia exerts its executive authority through a matriarchal system of governance. Civil power, political leadership, moral authority, social privilege, and property ownership belong solely to women. This matriarchal theocracy is ruled by a priestess of Ishtar, Patesi Iltani, a Babylonian demi-goddess who is the daughter of Ishtar and consort of Lord Marcosta Kordaava, emperor of Chaldea.

In Akkadia, it’s good to be a woman; to be a man, not so much.
